Our Achievement: The only Mega Commercial Project in Kolkata where we have to rehabilitate 950 odd existing tenants of KMC in Ground and First Floor covering a carpet area of 1,40,000 Sq.ft. Architect Hafeez Contractor was the first Concept Planner of the Project but unfortunately the concept had not been approved by the Heritage Committee. Then we took up the Project and managed to get all necessary
approvals and logical relaxation of rules from the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. This has been planned to be the largest Book Mall in Asia.
Moreover this is the first longest mall in Eastern India with about 290 meters Frontage
